Behind the Camera

I have had a "professional" camera since 2009.  My love for photography started my senior year when I took a film photography class in school.  After becoming a mom I learned that it is the little things that I miss.  I aim to find the little details, the natural look of the subject in their element.  My son made a comment one day to a friend, "my mom isn't a photographer, she's just a mom with a camera."  From then on that is my slogan, I am just a mama with a camera.
